It is a gentle, hands-on therapy that comes from the Osteopathic tradition (via Andrew Taylor Still and William Sutherland).
Sessions typically last one hour, and the client is fully clothed and lying prone on a massage table. As a therapist, I am trained to work with the subtle fluctuations of the Craniosacral fluid rhythms of the brain and spinal cord to support re-balancing, relaxation, as well as the innate health available to all of us. Sutherland called this the “Breath of Life.”
